Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Oncimmune including its officers, agents servants and employees, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting costs howsoever arising or alleged to have arisen from your use or misuse of the material or your breach of these terms of use.
Termination
